Cynthia Phan was born and raised in Vietnam, where natural agriculture and traditional farming methods have long been part of everyday life.

When she moved to Singapore, she was inspired by the city’s vibrant greenery — plants growing on balconies, in community gardens, and throughout residential areas. Gardening was clearly an important part of life for many people.

But she also noticed a common challenge: many home gardeners relied on chemical fertilizers or compost that produced unpleasant odors and were not always ideal for homes with children or pets.

Back in Vietnam, Cynthia was already familiar with a better alternative — Trichoderma, a beneficial natural fungus used for decades to strengthen roots, improve soil health, and protect plants from disease.

Seeing the opportunity to introduce a safer and more natural solution to Singapore gardeners, Cynthia founded TERRAVIVÉ TRICHODERMA  and spent nearly a year working through the approval process.

Today, CNJ GLOBAL is proud to offer Trichoderma-based biofertilizer designed to help plants grow healthier, stronger, and more naturally — without harsh chemicals or unpleasant smells.
